1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you order from us, visit our website, or message us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram (direct messages and comments) or Facebook Page comments, and how we use and delete it.

2. Data we collect

Order data: name, phone number, delivery address and area, order contents, payment method, delivery notes.
Messages and comments: the text, images and attachments you send us in WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram chats, and public comments you leave on our Facebook Page and Instagram posts, together with your public profile name and the platform-scoped ID Meta gives us so we can reply to you.
Website data: standard technical data (IP address, browser type) and cookies needed for the site and checkout, and comment data if you comment on our site.

We do not collect payment card numbers in chats. We never ask for passwords.

3. How we use it

To answer your questions and take, prepare and deliver your order.
To let our staff see the whole conversation with you in one place (our internal staff tool, Jarz POS / “Jarz Inbox”), so the next person on shift can continue where the last one stopped.
To keep accounting, delivery and legal records.

We only reply to people who contacted us first. We do not send marketing or bulk messages through Messenger or Instagram. Replies are written or approved by a member of our staff; suggested drafts are never sent without a person approving them.

To help staff answer faster, our system can send the text of a conversation to an AI service provider, which suggests a reply draft. The provider processes it only to produce that suggestion, under contract, and does not use it to train its models. A staff member reads every draft and decides what is sent.

We do not sell your data.

4. Meta platforms (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram)

We use Meta’s APIs (Messenger Platform and Instagram API) to receive and answer messages and comments sent to our own Facebook Page and Instagram business account. We only access our own Page and account. Meta processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).

When you contact us more than 24 hours after your last message, a staff member may still answer within 7 days using Meta’s “Human Agent” feature; this is only for answering your question, never for promotions.

5. Who we share data with

Meta, WhatsApp and Instagram, as the channels you chose to contact us through.
Our delivery couriers (name, phone, address, order contents) so your order reaches you.
Service providers that host our systems, process payments, and suggest reply drafts (AI), under contract.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Where it is stored and for how long

Conversations and orders are stored in our own business system (ERP) on servers we control. We keep order and accounting records as long as the law requires. We keep chat conversations for up to 24 months and then delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, including your messages and comments.

How to ask: send a message in any chat with us (“please delete my data”), or email poparab11@gmail.com from the address or phone number linked to you. We verify the request and delete your conversations and personal details from our systems within 30 days. Records we are legally obliged to keep (for example invoices) are kept but separated from your chat history.

Facebook and Instagram users can also remove their own comments and messages directly on those platforms.

8. Data deletion instructions (for Meta)

To delete the data Jarz holds about you from Facebook Messenger or Instagram: (1) message our Page or account with the words “delete my data”, or email poparab11@gmail.com with your Facebook/Instagram username; (2) we confirm the request; (3) we delete your conversations and personal data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

9. Cookies and our website

Our website uses cookies needed for browsing and checkout. If you leave a comment on the site, the name, email and website you enter may be saved in cookies for one year. Embedded content from other sites behaves as if you visited those sites.

10. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
